Meet Pat Herrera
|
 |
Contra Costa area resident for 25 years specializing in residential real estate and community involvement.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Pat retains all the attributes that come with Southern charm. Her commitment to family, friends, and the local community has gained her the respect of many people in the Blackhawk, Danville, Alamo and San Ramon Valley.
In 1983, Pat moved to Blackhawk where she became immediately involved in the growing development of the surrounding area. Her years of experience working in the automobile industry have taught her the valued standards of customer service, client loyalty, and attention to detail. These traits continually show true during the sales process of each home.
Pat was a pioneer in the creation, management, and implementation of community associations such as the Association of Blackhawk Children, Tassajara Valley Little League, Adopt-A-Family program, "Reach For A Star", Making Strides for Breast Cancer and Contra Costa Volunteer Services. Pat's involvement and hard work in the development of these associations won her Diablo Magazine's "Blackhawk community leader of the year" in 1991.
Her extended family includes her husband Rick, and four grown children. The kids are in college attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, University of Arizona, and Kingston University in London. As a long time "Blackhawk Niner", she even manages to squeeze in a round of golf in her free time.
Pat is putting all her energy into being one of the Valley's top real estate producers. Her commitment to her clients always rings true to her basic philosophy of "Living life to the fullest" and "With hard work comes great rewards."
